Premade Items (Ready to Ship)
Premade items are in stock and ready to be fulfilled.
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days
- Once shipped, delivery times typically range between:
Canada: 2–7 business days
United States: 4–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Preorder Items
Preorder items are made to order and require additional production time.
- Production typically takes 4–6 weeks before shipping
- Once production is complete, your order will be shipped and tracking will be provided
- Shipping times after dispatch follow the same estimates as above
If your order contains both premade and preorder items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are ready.
Important Information
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or high demand
- We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the shipping carrier
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes
